The Customer Service Office at the J. Douglas Galyon Depot is temporarily changing our operating days and hours. Effective immediately, we are open Monday – Friday 6 am to 8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm. We will be closed on Sundays until further notice. This is the customer service office only…there is no change in bus services. GTA customers are urged to purchase their bus passes from the Depot Monday thru Saturday. Also, UMO passes are available for purchase 24/7 at ridegta.com and through the UMO app. Cash is accepted on the bus, but exact fare is required as change will not be provided. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and hope to return Sunday customer service in the near future.
